Sammy’s Ancaster, established in 1988 by Sam and Joe Vrantsis, then known as Sammy Jo’s, back when Ancaster was just a potato farm. We started in the heart of Ancaster on Wilson Street but now we are up the street in the Walmart Plaza at 1080 Wilson Street West. Held and maintained by the Kaleci family for almost 2 decades, we have been serving the community high quality food in a diner style fashion, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all to enjoy. We specialize in breakfast and lunch with a Mediterranean influence. We put a lot of care and attention into our food, from homemade soups and sauces, to the highest quality meats and produce we can supply. We work with local farmers and suppliers to serve fresh local food at a standard that is hard to meet by our competitors and most importantly, loved by our customers.
